Job Description

Our industry-leading client in Austin is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their dedicated team.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for business process improvements
  • Work with business and technical SMEs to define process requirements
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of assigned requirements
  • Design and conduct training for user acceptance activities
  • Facilitate and manage change processes 

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in business process improvement/engineering
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Guidewire experience
  • Strong capacity for leadership
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred
