Eliassen Group is looking for a Business Analyst for an industry leading client in San Francisco, CA. 

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Business Analyst: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Agile/Waterfall experience
  • SQL Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis 
  • Strong facilitation and requirements gathering skills
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL and IT operations 
  • Experience working with application development teams
  • Track record of driving of process improvement 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong leadership skills; able to lead, participate in, and coordinate postmortem or continuous improvement efforts 
  • Strong demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
