Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
  • Liaise between sales business users and development team to evaluate needs and system capabilities 
  • Help improve existing processes related to Microsoft Dynamics sales application
  • Document future state solution requirements and specifications
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; at least 6 years if no degree
  • At least 3 years of experience contributing to IT project delivery
  • At least 2 years of business or systems analysis experience
  • Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM)
  • Skilled in MS Dynamics, Project, Visio, and JIRA
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and develop business cases
  • Demonstrated analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, IT management, and teammates
