Job Description

We have a lovely opportunity for a Business Analyst with one of our top clients in the Raleigh-Durham area!

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Elicit, document, and track requirements for business process changes and enhancements
  • Support and execute business readiness activities to support technology and process changes
  • Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Develop new procedures for system, product, or process changes
  • Facilitate the implementation of changes

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of solid business research and analysis experience
  • At least 5 years of business analysis experience required in lieu of a degree
  • Excellent MS Office skills, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Visual Design tool knowledge and skills highly desired
  • Experience with a requirements management tool preferred
