Job Description

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the financial industry?

Are you interested in joining a leading organization in a stable contract to hire role?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Greenwich.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
  • Gather requirements from business users
  • Write clear business requirements and functional specifications
  • Document all requirements and solutions
  • Work across teams and liaise with external partners
  • Take part in integration testing and releases
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Create and deliver status reports to management
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • At least 5 years of experience as a BA in financial industry
  • Understanding of structured finance business and desire to learn more
  • Experience in derivatives or accounting a big plus
  • Experience in large financial/consulting firms a plus
