Job Description

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document requirements across all relevant business areas
  • Document the end to end as-is and to-be processes and sub processes within each function
  • Help coordinate and conduct UAT testing

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in business analysis, process modeling, and testing
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and its execution in a regulated environment
  • Ability to execute UAT to support business areas
  • Experience gathering requirements through a variety of approaches
  • Excellent process documentation skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
