Job Description

We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Integration Analyst with our industry-leading client in Durham.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Integration Analyst:

  • Help to determine, document, and track requirements for changes to business processes and policies
  • Gather and analyze data and report on business performance compared to industry benchmarks
  • Develop job aids to walk individuals through changes
  • Support changes to technology, processes, and people

Requirements of the Business Integration Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of analysis experience through work experience, coursework, projects, or internships
  • If no degree, then at least 3 years of analysis experience
  • Experience with requirements management preferred
  • Knowledge of visual design tools preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
