Job Description

The Senior Product Designer is accountable to lead and support the tactical direction and holistic design work output and deliverables associated with assigned projects. The Senior Product  Designer is an expert in experience design and the flow of information, and is responsible for the delivery and output of quality and timely design deliverables including service design maps, user journeys, wireframes, supporting visuals, prototypes and pixel perfect design comps. The Senior Designer will work with a team of other Designers, Engineers and Content Developers to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner, consistent with the process and standards set in place both internally and externally across the business. As a senior team member, the Senior Product Designer may lead projects and be responsible for the creative approval of work among their peers.

Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst:

  • Leads multiple projects within a track and supports the tactical direction and holistic design work output
  • Architects and designs high-quality and engaged experience for Lowe's customers and Associates
  • Utilizes best practices and advanced knowledge to build user flows, wireframes, and design comps and low-fidelity prototypes to ensure our products deliver optimal experience
  • Understand the needs of each project and line of business
  • Utilize variety of architecture, UI design and graphic design skills to best meet the varying needs of business
  • Responsible for solving complex business, technical or design problems at a portfolio level
  • Responsible for leading multiple projects within a singular track of work within a platform/suite of products

Requirements of the Business Process Analyst:

  • Holds expert knowledge of external processes and technologies, both standard and unique to Lowe's, including the work processes, technologies, platforms and services of our business and technology capabilities
  • Works cross-functionally with other teams
  • Bachelors Degree AND 5+ years experience in UX Design/Product Management
  • Proficiency with SKETCH and other design tools
  • BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis in a related field
