Our client seeks two Business Analysts to support a Salesforce Field Service workforce management implementation that will optimize technician scheduling, routing, appointment windows, and capacity planning. One role will focus on scheduling and one role will focus on routing. The analysts will partner with product and delivery teams to assess features, define value, shape scope, and establish measurable success metrics while ensuring continuity from intake through delivery.

Rate: $65.00 to $72.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Assess and shape incoming Salesforce Field Service feature requests with Product Management to define scope, users, and business outcomes.
- Author clear business and functional requirements for TechMobile and Salesforce Field Service integrations supporting field technician operations.
- Define value propositions and success metrics for each feature and partner with analytics teams to implement dashboards and reporting.
- Maintain intake-to-delivery continuity so teams understand objectives, measures of success, and user impact.
- Serve as SME for field-operations WFM capabilities including scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, appointment windows, capacity planning, and technician skill matching.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine vague ideas into implementable features and validate delivered functionality against defined metrics.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on field-operations WFM experience.
- Subject-matter expertise with Salesforce Field Service or comparable WFM platforms such as Oracle Field Service, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, SAP FSM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, IFS/Clevest, ServicePower, or Skedulo.
- Background supporting 2 to 3 large-scale implementations in a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in technician scheduling, geographic route optimization, appointment and capacity planning, geofenced arrival, and skill/qualification matching.
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- St. Louis availability. Open to relocation.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
