Are you a skilled Business Systems Analyst with excellent communication skills?

Are you interested in working in a highly collaborative environment to set up enterprise identities, access requests, and approval processes?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading client in Cambridge.

This role can start remote, eventually transitioning to onsite.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:
  • Analyze application data for access requests
  • Analyze workflows for approval processes and downstream system inter-dependencies
  • Collaborate to verify data for new system
  • Track feedback from business partners
  • Track confirmation of data setup in new system
  • Document user communications for support portals
  • Write User and Systems requirements and functional specifications
Requirements of the Business Systems Analyst:
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • IAM and Sailpoint IIQ knowledge is a plus
