Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst with our industry-leading client in San Francisco.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. All applicants must be willing and able to convert to FTE following contract duration.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:

  • Design and develop new reporting templates 
  • Maintain existing reports in PowerBi, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Leverage findings to recommend IT process improvement solutions
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to implement recommended strategies
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure adherence to service level agreements

Requirements of the Business Systems Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Expertise in Power BI; working knowledge of ServiceNow 
  • Familiarity with ITL and IT service management practices
  • Understanding of MS Azure database integrations and cloud computing
  • Organized and motivated self-starter with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic service-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of CMDB a huge plus
