We have an excellent opportunity for a Case Management Analyst/Paralegal to join our industry-leading financial client in NYC.

Responsibilities of the Case Management Analyst/Paralegal:

  • Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda
  • Prepare and submit rule filings for submission
  • Maintain departmental databases
  • Respond to general inquiries internally and externally
  • Create statistical reports

Requirements of the Case Management Analyst/Paralegal:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of legal research databases
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Microsoft Access knowledge preferred
  • Paralegal Certificate a plus
