Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Analyst with our industry-leading client in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities and strategies across a variety of change initiatives to help drive adoption and usage. 
  • Maintain working functional knowledge of business processes, applications, and procedures required for a successful change program.
  • Work collaboratively with central teams as well as users to kickoff initiatives, and manage all change management activities throughout the duration of a project including all stakeholder/client activities and perspectives related to the initiation, analysis, design, build, testing, rollout, and support of new initiatives and/or systems to improve business processes 
  • Documentation and ongoing monitoring and management of the change impact and change documentation (current state/future state) to support the development of communication and training plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years Change Management and Methodologies (ADKAR) or equivalent change management framework
  • Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Articulate and responsive to colleagues.
  • Brings others together and trying to reconcile differences.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally.
  • Develops and delivers effective presentations.
