Responsibilities of the Change Manager:
  • Report directly to the Director that owns Change/Consolidation Management
  • Work closely on all aspects of Change Management/Relationship Management
  • Work with stakeholders and workstream managers
  • Communicating changes utilizing email, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Build Communication Plans
  • Execute and manage Change Events
  • Assess if training will be involved and bring in the necessary individuals
  • Work with Project Managers to understand communication plans
  • Obtain Stakeholder buy in
  • Plan for workstreams  
Requirements of the Change Manager:
  • Business Analysis skills
  • Excellent Writing Ability 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
