Responsibilities of the Charles River Software Engineer Lead:

  • Oversee, direct, and be accountable for work of development team
  • Work with senior management to devise strategies to realize business objectives
  • Leverage Charles River development knowledge to design, modify, and implement solutions

Requirements of the Charles River Software Engineer Lead:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of progressive engineering leadership experience
  • Expertise in Charles River platform, or alternative order/investment management system
  • Engineering experience in Java, C#, or .Net
