Our client seeks a client-facing professional who will manage diverse inquiries, translate complex information into concise messaging, and uphold a consistent, high standard of service. The role requires proactive communication, sound judgment, and effective collaboration across teams to deliver seamless support in a fast-paced environment.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact, delivering clear, professional, and effective communication across a wide range of client interactions.
- Manage and respond to diverse client inquiries with confidence, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Translate complex information into concise, client-friendly messaging tailored to the audience and situation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of service.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing questions, resolving concerns, and navigating escalations.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring a consistent client experience.
- Partner across teams to gather information, align responses, and deliver seamless support to clients.
- Uphold professionalism, composure, and credibility in all client interactions, including high-pressure or sensitive situations.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with responsibility for managing inquiries and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
- Track record of building client relationships and resolving escalations with sound judgment.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
