**Remote opportunity; qualified applicants must be local to the Boston area.

Our industry-leading client is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary user support for 5000+ global system users.

Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Archer implementation team and global users
  • Maintain and execute SOPs; ensure internal controls and procedure are followed
  • Respond to user inquiries via email and chat
  • Execute and write SOPs for data/record maintenance
  • Support reporting for user base and project team
Requirements of the Client Support Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
