Our client seeks a product leader to drive an emerging enterprise agentic AI platform. The role will define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization, partner with stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes, and lead initiatives from discovery and POC through productization and adoption. The position requires close collaboration with architects and engineers to design agentic workflows, RAG capabilities, and platform features while balancing experimentation with scalability and reusability.

Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for an emerging enterprise agentic AI platform.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that can improve workflows across multiple business groups.
- Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements, and translate technical AI concepts into clear business language.
- Drive AI initiatives from discovery and POC through productization and enterprise adoption.
- Work closely with architects and engineers on the design of agentic workflows, AI pipelines, and supporting platform capabilities.
- Help evaluate architectural and cloud-platform decisions as the organization considers AWS and GCP.
- Define product requirements around RAG, including how retrieval-based AI capabilities can scale across an enterprise environment.
- Develop or contribute directly to POC pipelines and prototypes when needed.
- Establish success criteria and measurable outcomes for AI use cases.
- Balance experimentation and speed with longer-term considerations such as scalability, reusability, and enterprise adoption.
- Communicate product strategy, technical tradeoffs, and AI capabilities effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager, AI Product Manager, or highly product-oriented AI/ML Architect.
- Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI / agentic AI products or platforms.
- Experience with AWS AgentCore.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including designing approaches that can scale beyond an individual use case.
- Ability to build or meaningfully contribute to POCs, AI pipelines, and prototypes.
- Strong understanding of AI application architecture and the ability to work effectively with senior architects and engineers.
- Experience translating business problems into AI product capabilities, requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Experience driving products or initiatives that affect multiple workflows, teams, or business functions.
- Comfortable operating in an environment where the underlying platform and architecture are still evolving.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
