Job Description

Are you a passionate Computer Technician with the desire to build your technical skill set? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client, a key government integrator.

Due to client requirement, candidates must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Deskside Technician:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, servers, networks, and workstations
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems
  • Repair laptops, desktops, printers, faxes, mobile phones, iPads, and Surface Pros 
  • Maintain appropriate customer satisfaction levels according to established policies 
  • Ensure activities are aligned with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements of the Deskside Technician:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience
  • A+/Network+/MCP/MCSE/ITIL v3 or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and drive 30 miles per week
