Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:

  • Coordinate and review contract terms and finalization 
  • Work with management and legal team to provide support
  • Ensure relevant regulatory compliance 
  • Research and analyze as required

Requirements of the Contracts Administrator:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience with MS Suite
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement
  • Experience with procurement technology (Coupa preferred)
  • Working knowledge of P2P process
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and routing schemes
  • Motivated self-starter able to work well independently
