Responsibilities of the Customer Advocate:
  • Provide primary technical support for client software applications
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Receive and route incoming calls appropriately
  • Collect information and document data
  • Maintain compliance with client policy 
  • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Requirements of the Customer Advocate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support environment
  • At least 2 years of consumer sales or customer service call center experience preferred
  • Proficient in IE, MS Office, and Outlook
