Compensation: $10-12/hr

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
  • Interface with customers regarding health products and services to come up with solutions
  • Reach out to customers and reply to inquiries or notify customers of claim investigation results and changes
  • Identify customer needs
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments 
  • Record and document customer interactions and transactions
Requirements of the Customer Support Representative:
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology
  • Skilled written and verbal communicator
  • Customer service skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
