We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Project Manager with our industry-leading biotechnology client in Weston.

Responsibilities of the Cyber Security Project Manager:

  • Manage timelines, budgets and resource scheduling in order to deliver new/enhanced systems and capabilities 
  • Prepare status reports, identify and manage risks/issues/dependencies
  • Develop/facilitate SDLC objectives/deliverables over the project life cycle
  • Identify and communicate all risks/issues to management and lead their resolution
  • Ensure all Project documents are according to the PMO specifications
  • Encourage others to deliver projects on-time, within budget and in line with goals
  • Facilitate problem resolution across the project team, steering committee and stakeholders
  • Identify root cause of problems and offer resolutions
  • Manage a cross-functional team while controlling multiple projects at once

Requirements of the Cyber Security Project Manager:

  • At least 6 years of IT/Security/Infrastructure experience 
  • At least 5 years of project management experience and familiarity with SDLC processes
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines while driving execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects
  • Ability to develop and follow complex communication plans, project plans, provides updates to senior level executives
  • Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communicating, and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comfortably work with both technical and non-technical audiences and to work with and through all levels in an organization
  • Excellent diagnostic, analytical, organizational, inter-personal and communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to diagnose problems that may be related to process, technology, strategy, or people and to put in place a clear plan to overcome the problem
  • Pharmaceutical/GxP experience strongly preferred
