Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Contract

Compensation: $50 to $55/hr W2    

We have a new career opportunity for you as a Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Engineer where you will be responsible for working in vulnerability management with knowledge of vulnerability management, policy management, and web application scanning solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to advise on processes to identify and assess vulnerabilities and threats.

This position offers you $50 to $55/hr W2, full benefits, matching 401K, and flexible environment.

Requirements for Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Engineer:

  • 2+ years of cybersecurity experience specifically with a focus in vulnerability management
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory structures such as PCI, PII, and GDPR
  • Experience implementing web application scanning solutions
  • Experience analyzing logs in a SIEM

Responsibilities for Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Engineer:

  • Serve as the point communication between both IT and Business partners to provide guidance on vulnerability management
  • Maintaining and administering vulnerability management tools
  • Provide leadership for cybersecurity monitoring and event management use cases
  • Integrate vulnerability tools with other systems such as CMDB, SIEM and Archer
