We're seeking an innovative Data Analyst to join one of our top teams in supporting our ambitious platform-as-a-service organization as we deliver results for higher education institutes throughout the US. You'll work closely with multiple organizations to help them better understand their analytical needs, evaluate key performance metrics, and analyze trends in their data. More than just telling the story of the organization through the information, you will help deliver solutions for pivitol problems. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing subject matter expertise in our data platform and guiding client partners in the use of the platform to help answer strategic institutional questions
  • Performing ad hoc and trend analyses to discover actionable information in support of management decision making
  • Serving as the main point of contact between oranizations, working closely with senior leaders to maximize the use of our platform
  • Leveraging enterprise business intelligence tools, SQL queries, and other tools to develop complex models, dashboards, and reports
  • Delivering ongoing training and support to client stakeholders
  • Providing input to our product roadmap for analytical tools and solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience working as a business or data analyst
  • Experience building statistical models and leveraging enterprise reporting tools to develop dashboards and reports
  • Significant experience in one or more analytic/programming languages such as R, Python, or similar
  • Strong ability to articulate meaningful questions and develop appropriate approaches to answering these questions using standard statistical techniques such as clustering, decision trees, random forest, linear & logistic regression, ANOVA
  • Experience working closely with both business users and technical development teams
Desired:
  • 2+ years of experience working with a higher education-related organization or field
  • Experience working with SIS, HR, CRM, Financial, ERP and Learning Management Systems data
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Banner Student, Workday Financials and HCM
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and experience working with large data sets.
Salary

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
