Job Description

Are you a skilled technologist with broad expertise supporting service desk environments?

Are you interested in working for a high profile government integrator to support federal directives?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Kansas City.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance (or Secret clearance reactivation eligibility without investigation).

Responsibilities of the Data Center Support Technician:
  • Act as the primary resource for data center troubleshooting and support
  • Fulfill requests, patch platform, support incident and event management
  • Resolve, escalate, or recall activities as directed by service desk shift lead
Requirements of the Data Center Support Technician:
  • IAT Level II certification 
  • ITIL Foundations certification a strong plus
