We're looking for an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to partner with our client to drive data accuracy, integrity, and quality.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Coordinator:
  • Input information from a variety of sources into a database
  • Assist with data entry testing efforts, corrections, and cleansing
  • Run reports to validate that appropriate data changes have been entered into the system
Requirements of the Data Entry Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with data entry
  • At least 4 years of data entry experience
  • Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
