Responsibilities of the Deputy Program Manager:
  • Present, communicate, and discuss complex projects with diverse groups
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, training, and tools
  • Establish goals, priorities, and strategic plans for modernization efforts 
  • Lead analysis of current software and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with various business stakeholders to establish support for projects and initiatives
Requirements of the Deputy Program Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in project administration
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Effective writing, organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and work within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to pass background/drug and alcohol screening
