Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Engineer:
  • Support, repair, and maintain computer equipment
  • Support and maintain software and hardware
  • Monitor network, server, and application performance
  • Proactively resolve potential system issues
Requirements of the Desktop Support Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience; or equivalent skill set
  • Excellent customer service and technical skills
  • Dedicated and motivated self-starter
