Are you a passionate Desktop Support Specialist interested in a contract role with long term potential?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Knoxville.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Requirements of the Desktop Support Specialist:
  • Technical certifications or equivalent education
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Demonstrated experience with professional communication
  • Ability to address and resolve issues of moderate complexity via telephone, email, and chat
  • Ability to follow protocols for issue resolution
  • Desire to learn and help
