Job Description

Our leading client in Mayport is seeking a talented, dedicated, and professional Desktop Support Specialist to join their team.

This is a contract opportunity. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with at least an interim Secret clearance.

Requirements of the Desktop Support Specialist:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of IT experience
  • Experience in a desktop support role
  • Ability to update and prioritize tickets
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
