Job Description

One of our top clients in the South Park area is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to perform desk-side troubleshooting and repairs. This Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying end user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, etc.) as well as troubleshooting networking issues.

Job Requirements

  • Experience building, deploying and supporting end user devices
  • Experience troubleshooting networking issues
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Great communication skills
