Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician with experience configuring and troubleshooting systems in Windows and iOS environments. This is a contract opportunity with a possibility of converting to a permanent role, based in Mesa, AZ.

Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician:

  • Associate's degree
  • A+ certification preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in PC support and customer service
  • Extensive experience performing system updates, imaging configuration, troubleshooting, and desk side support
  • Experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Office 2010/2013, SharePoint, Exchange Server
  • Experience with laptop imaging, Apple devices, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, McAfee
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Clear and effective communication skills, verbal and written
