We have an exciting opportunity for a DevOps CICD Pipeline Architect with our industry-leading client in New York.  This position will be remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect and implement next generation CICD Platform, SCM and automation solution, where Pipeline as a code has to be flexible and robust enough to integrate different Development requirements. 
  • Collaborate with development to design in-house CI/CD tools enabled with SCM. Adopt, customize and implement industry standard DevOps policies and DevOps procedures. 
  • Provide Sr. Management with metrics and other reporting materials for the executive team on the progress made. 
  • Work closely with strategic planning groups to provide future technologies direction that fits executive vision.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years working on software development with knowledge and understanding operational dynamics
  • 10+ Years of proven development and/or DevOps experience architecting and implementing CI/CD and branching strategies with an End to End DevOps Lifecycle experience
  • 10+ years of Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with the ability to create Custom Object definition files
  • Strong Hands-on experience creating Helm Charts to integrate with AWS EKS cluster
  • Create, strategize and implement SCM through pipeline, create branching strategies from Development to Production
  • Implementing and designing the best practices adhering to security principles
  • Exposure in designing and implementing collaborated solutions on AWS and Azure DevOps
  • Strong experience in automating Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Agile practices for a highly scalable system
  • Perform analysis of the current practices and design and implement best practices and emerging concepts in CICD landscape
  • Experience with Docker, Microservices and container deployment and service orchestration
  • Experience with Blue-Green Deployment to reduce downtime and risk, provide continuous deployment and fast rollback
