If so, we may have the ideal opportunity for you as a Document Control Specialist with our client in Cary.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Document Control Specialist:
  • Help to create, maintain, and control official documentation
  • Receive and log requested changes, edit documents, and prepare for release
  • Create change control documentation and record changes
  • File paper documents and store electronic document files
Requirements of the Document Control Specialist:
  • Associate's degree in a related field or at least 3 years of document control experience
  • Proficiency in standard PC systems/applications: Windows, MS Office, etc.
  • Ability to multitask as well as learn and accurately follow processes  
  • Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, and collaborate effectively
  • Agile or equivalent product life cycle management methodology
