We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Service Admin with our industry-leading client in Chamblee, GA .

Rate: $30 - $35 / hr w2


  • Operations and maintenance of the Enterprise Infrastructure including installation of upgrades, patches, level-3 troubleshooting, analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis & monitoring, and other O&M activities
  • Provide on-site technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft software
  • Serving as SME for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects
  • Provide some guidance on development projects and programs that are considering the development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications


  • Experience as a Dynamics 365 Service Administrator deploying multiple instances, Dynamics Portal Add-in, Resource mentoring and service health
  • Experience as a Power Platform Service Administrator deploying multiple environments, Dynamics Portal Add-in, Resource motoring and Service Health
  • Working knowledge to deploy a report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience administering Dynamics 2011/2013 or greater to include the following: installing and configuring large server farm topology – physical and VMware; applying patches, service packs, and infrastructure updates; creating, configuring, and maintaining Shared Service
  • Experience deploying Dynamics CRM Updates, implementations and customizations, to include permissions, lists, libraries, Wiki, and other platform offerings
  • Experience maintaining a Dynamics CRM Infrastructure delivering a service level uptime of 98.5 or greater
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration 2008, 2012, with superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft client products, and SQL Server
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server 2008, 2012
  • Experience patching Windows Server 2008, 2012
  • Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
  • Knowledge of DNS, Exchange Server & Active Directory as it relates to CRM implementations
  • Experience in systems development, network operations, and software support or IT consulting or 5 or more year’s industry experience with Microsoft products
