Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity with our industry-leading healthcare client for a Dynamics CRM Administrator.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Dynamics CRM Administrator:

  • Upgrade MS Dynamics to the most recent version for multiple environment
  • Fully test and debug any issues resulting from upgrade initiative 
  • Provide administrative functions for Dynamics
  • Update FAQs as needed 
  • Provide Dynamics infrastructure support to client
  • Manage password resets and Azure AD registration renewals

Requirements of the Dynamics CRM Administrator:

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics development and administration
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and its integration with Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with O365 cloud infrastructure
  • Experience building, monitoring, and troubleshooting data integration efforts 
  • Ability to stay up to date on product upgrades and software releases
