Our client seeks a Dynamics Development Lead to manage the technical implementation team and oversee the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Dynamics developers.
- Establish coding standards and development best practices.
- Design technical solutions supporting Dynamics and Power Platform functionality.
- Review and approve technical designs and code.
- Coordinate deployments and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Experience leading Agile development teams.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
