Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front End Developer with our industry-leading financial services client in Westlake.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Front End Developer:

  • Work collaboratively to translate designs into sustainable technical solutions
  • Ensure developed applications are built with high quality and aligned with business standards

Requirements of the Front End Developer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience developing Java/J2EE applications
  • Experience with browser application development with JavaScript, Angular 2/4, CSS, Node.js, and HTML
  • Experience building single page applications with RESTful APIs
  • Exposure to AWS: Lambda, DynamoDB, or Kinesis
  • Expertise building highly available customer-facing products
  • Messaging, UX design, stored procedure development, or 12 factor technologies experience a plus
