**Position will be 100% remote to start.

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior .Net Developer to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on their Priority Telecommunications Services (PTS) program.

Program Overview: The PTS program provides voice, video, and data communications to the National Security/Emergency Preparedness community in times when public networks are experiencing stress due to natural or man-made disasters, such as earthquakes, terrorist attacks, etc.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and Secret clearance.

This position will be worked 100% remotely to start, interviews will be conducted virtually, and PTS is a multi-year program with 4 years left before rebid.

Requirements of the Full Stack .Net Developer:
  • Full stack application development experience: .Net Framework 4.0, C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, and RESTful services
  • Experience with Angular 2+, TypeScript, Bootstrap and/or Material, NPM, etc.
  • Experience developing code for Azure environments
  • Recent .NET development experience with Visual Studio 2015+
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, including database relationships, data normalization, and writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers
  • Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ
  • Experience contributing to each phase of SDLC with an Agile environment
