Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Functional TrackWise Analyst with our industry-leading client in Billerica.

Responsibilities of the Functional TrackWise Analyst:

  • Guide business team in Trackwise processes, gaps, and issues
  • Assist training team to prepare LMS training material
  • Review UAT scripts, perform UAT script dry run
  • Provide training to user groups
  • Document and review training materials
  • Participate in review of configured system
  • Assist in defining release plan
  • Facilitate TW implementation best practices
  • Perform TrackWise product installation and Upgrade
  • Develop technical solutions using the core TW product and utilities
  • Develop and Implement Crystal Reports & Quality View 

Requirements of the Functional TrackWise Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar role
  • At least 10 years of experience in TrackWise configuration and Crystal Reports development
  • TrackWise certifications preferred, experience in TW web service a plus
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
