Are you a seasoned Performance Analyst with extensive healthcare experience?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Tampa.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Healthcare Performance Analyst:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ combined years in medical practice management, clinical program development, clinical transformation, health care quality analytics, and/or quality improvement
  • 1+ of those years must include experience interpreting and utilizing clinical data analytics to formulate data driven health care strategy
  • 1+ of those years must include experience with value based care arrangements (ACOs or IPAs)
  • 1+ of those years must have been in a provider facing setting.
  • Experience in Hedis and Stars Metric
  • Prior experience working at a health plan
  • Clinic or practice management experience.
  • Patient facing experience and/or clinical licensure
