Our client is an American publicly owned investment firm that is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.  For more than 75 years, our client has been dedicated to putting the customer first so they feel confident in investing through them.  They are currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team.

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst - Tier II:

  • Technical diploma or Associate's degree and/or 2 years of related work experience
  • Ability to perform well in a fluctuating pace environment, taking 8-12 calls every hour
  • Advanced proficiency with an array of technologies on multiple platforms
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to understand and adhere to written policies and procedures
  • Motivated to deliver high quality customer service
  • Clear and confident communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
