Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst with our industry-leading client in Waltham.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Provide tier 1 support to end users in person and via phone for issues related to:
    • Email
    • Printing
    • Connectivity
    • Computer hardware/software
    • Virtual desktop
  • Manage software installations for end users
  • Configure mobile devices to support email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve remote connectivity issues
  • Refer users to tier 2 support as needed, depending on the complexity of the issue

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent listening, organizational, and time/task management skills
  • Strong ability to effectively and efficiently complete work
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and crawl under desks
  • Strong experience with:
    • Active Directory
    • Windows 8 & 10
    • MacOS
    • iOS, Android
    • Internet Explorer
    • Microsoft Office 2013, 2016
    • Microsoft Exchange
    • Skype for Business
    • VMware
    • VPN – NAC Dual Authentication
  • Basic knowledge of Email Certs and Signing
  • Basic network knowledge– Office and Home environments
  • Basic telecommunications knowledge
