Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Specialist with our industry-leading financial services client in Boston! This is a very long term contract opportunity.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk/Desktop Support Specialist:

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 support to individuals within the organization
  • Support all levels of the organization up to the C-level

Requirements of the Help Desk/Desktop Support Specialist:

  • At least 3 years of PC and Mac support experience, including mobile device support
  • Technical support experience in financial services, insurance, or large law firm environment preferred
  • Ability to handle issues over the phone - work is almost entirely over the phone support
  • Experience supporting all MS Office applications
  • Lotus Notes experience a plus
