**Remote opportunity! M-F 9A-6P EST. Experience working in a remote capacity a plus.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist:
  • Answer calls related to PC, application, hardware, and connectivity problems
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide or obtain timely resolutions
  • Develop understanding of SLAs and work to meet/exceed standards
  • Identify and communicate operational issues, provide input on solutions, implement chosen approach
  • Document new solutions or procedures to submit into knowledgebase 
Requirements of the Help Desk Specialist:
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Experience with the following a plus:
    • Windows 10
    • MS Office 365
    • Remedy
    • Remote tools
    • Mobile troubleshooting
