Are you passionate about providing high quality technical support and customer service?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you as a Help Desk Specialist with our client in Norcross.

This is an on-site, immediate hire opportunity. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Duration: 6 month contract

Rate: $16 - $18 /hr

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 3:30-11P.

Requirements of the Help Desk Specialist:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • At least 1 year of experience in at least one technology: distributed, network, host, and/or voice
  • Technical support operations experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently
