We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our leading client in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist:

  • Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support to internal users
  • Image, install, and troubleshoot end user computing equipment
  • Ensure internal users can effectively use computing resources
  • Deliver excellent support and customer service
  • Adhere to all organizational standards and guidelines
  • Develop and enhance service desk documentation and knowledge
  • Educate end users on applications

Requirements of the Help Desk Specialist:

  • At least 3 years of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Office 365
  • Experience working with vendors to coordinate issue resolution
  • Broad knowledge of computer hardware and software support
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently 
  • Ability to create and utilize technical documentation
  • Ability to manage user issues from end to end
  • Exceptional customer service skills
