Job Description

Do you have experience providing technical desktop support?  Our client is seeking a talented individual to provide technical solutions to their employees and contractors.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support Engineer:
  • Provide first line desktop support to all employees & Contractors
  • Respond to requests and assist users with troubleshooting
  • Utilize knowledge about Virtual Desktops Infrastructure/Citrix environment
  • Log all inquiries and incidents as required and assign unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams
  • Remain current with support changes/ updates and adherence to the Company Policies and Incident Management process
Requirements of the Help Desk Support Engineer:
  • At least 2 years' technical desktop support experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience 
  • Previous technical desktop support experience, experience with MS Office Suite products, and customer service / soft skills experience
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Knowledge of call center metrics for operations support
