Are you a passionate Help Desk Support Engineer with an interest in joining a financial services leader? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Nashville!

This is a contract to hire opportunity, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support Engineer:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and software problems
  • Research and advise users on solutions
  • Identify and escalate urgent matters
  • Maintain knowledge of enterprise policies

Requirements of the Help Desk Support Engineer:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Technical desktop support and troubleshooting experience
  • Good knowledge of PC hardware and software
  • Experience with MS Office Suite 
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to work with customers
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
